19th December 2020 marks the 40th Anniversary since the creation of the Okapu F2 Trust. The Trustees will be completing stage two of the strategic plan with Gary and Kiri from Community Waikato.

​

We need your help to assist us in creating the future direction, future vision, and future goals for the Trust.

We invite all owners and whanau to share your dreams, visions, values, thoughts and ideas with us (ideas such as diversification, education/training, tourism, papakainga, employment, Airbnb options any many others...) there is no idea that is too big or too small. These ideas you generate, will help guide the Trustees in setting the strategic direction of the Trust.

 

What is a strategic plan? Simply put, strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction of a business — by assessing both where we are now and where you are going, and steps to get there.

 

How do I enter to win? All you have to do is send us an email (trustees@okapuf2trust.co.nz) with the words VISION 2020 in the subject line and share your visions and goals for the Trust. It can be one or two words, or a story of where/what you think the Trust should do moving forward. It is that simple :) so what are you waiting for?

Competition Rules

 

​

  • Open to all registered owners, their children and grandchildren who reside in NZ (you must reside in NZ and able to attend the game in Hamilton on Sunday 5th July at 3.35pm)

  • 1x winner will win the whanau prize pack (there is no right or wrong answers, as these are your own thoughts, visions, and ideas)

  • Prize pack is: x2 adult tickets, x2 child (14yrs and under)

  • Only 1 entry per person

  • Entries by EMAIL only to trustees@okapuf2trust.co.nz

  • Trustees or employees are ineligible to enter

  • Competition closes Saturday 04/07/2020 at 12noon and winner will be drawn via Facebook live at the next Trustee's hui on 04/07/2020

  • Prize tickets cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
