Lance has been the Farm Manager of Okapu F2 Farm for 39 years. He enjoys the location and scenery of the farm, breeding and finishing the awesome stock on the farm. His  hobbies are dogs, horses and rodeos.

Shaun has worked on the farm for 15 years and enjoys heavy machinery, spending time with friends and family, watching a good movie and watching all sports. Things he likes about the farm are location, scenery and the challenge of developing the land to it's full potential in order to produce awesome livestock.

Ruby has extensive farming experience from growing up on farms, working professionally in the agricultural industry in New Zealand and the UK. She also owns and operates her own sheep and beef finishing farm with her partner Sean on the Western Bays of Lake Taupo. Her key areas of expertise are; improving overall farm efficiency; people performance; system optimisation of both dry stock and dairy operations and support with regulatory compliance. 

Mark is one of two Partners at McKenzie Strawbridge and has acted for Okapu F2 Trust since 2009. Moving to Otorohanga twenty three years ago, Mark has developed a very strong client base of agribusiness organisations including companies, Maori trusts and incorporations, charitable trusts and small to medium sized businesses.  Involved with clients from board and trustee level through to dining room table discussions, Mark acts as accountant and trusted advisor.

Peter Jeffries, Director of Peter Jeffries Law, is the lawyer for Okapu F2 Trust.
