An invitation is extended to all owners and their whanau to attend an Open Day event-style AGM, which is being planned for 16th November 2020.

DATE: Sat 14 November 2020 TIME: 9.30am morning tea and registration process commence. AGM START: 10am VENUE: Okapu F2 Station, Morrison Road, Kawhia (exact location to be advertised closer to the date)
The Open Day will include a farm / history tour, tamariki activities and a series of celebration activities to mark the 40th anniversary since the creation of the Okapu F2 Trust.
Okapu F2 Block was created on 19 December 1980, from an amalgamated partition order heard by the Maori Land Court, before Judge Kevin Bernard Cull. On the 19th December 2020 this milestone marks the 40th Anniversary of the formation of the Okapu F2 Trust.
To celebrate this event, the Trustees will be organising an Open Day event style AGM that incorporates a time capsual ceremony to capture the present and past history, this time capsule will be buried at the foot of the pou at Te Tuhi a Te Wehi, a cake cutting ceremony, story boards with photos (past and present) and korero from past and present Trustees, including those who have been involved since the early days of the Trust.
To ensure your place in history is marked, we encourage all owners and their whanau to be in attendance.
