Major renovations are currently underway at all four residential properties at OkapuF2 Farm, in line with the Healthy Homes legislation.
Improvements to buildings include new aluminum double-glazed joinery, new decks, ceiling and underfloor insulation, new heat pumps, external weather board replacements, internal relining and regibbing, and other mahi as required.
OkapuF2 Farm Stay Accommodation In line with the Strategic Plan focus to diversify income streams, the shearers' quarters and top farm house (528 Aotea Rd) are currently being refurbished to be utilised as farm stay accommodation. Once completed they will both be advertised on www.bachcare.co.nz for future bookings.

new carpet and lino

New open plan kitchen layout
new spa decking
new bathroom and toilet layout
new carpet and lino
ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation
new heat pump in lounge and heating in all rooms
external weather board replacements
replace and fix all rotting timbers
internal relining and regibbing
new fencing
other mahi as required.
